The Youth Club has served the community in the old building since 1972 and we are looking forward to working with young people in our new building which has excellent facilities for young people to socialise, meet and form new friendships.

Junior club is run by volunteers from The Salvation Army and local people. It is a good starting point for the young people to establish friendships and develop social skills.
All the above opportunities are aimed at encouraging teamwork, team spirit and an element of competition allowing the young people to develop skills in communication, negotiation, physical abilities, hand to eye co-ordination and problem-solving using their minds.
We like to encourage young people to have a say in what they want to have in the club so that they feel that it is their club as generations before have done.
We have use of our own minibus and in Holiday club we have several trips to local areas and the coast.
